Benefits of Haritaki - Chebulic Myrobalan - through its Classical Names in Ayurveda

Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) is one of the most commonly used of all herbs in Ayurveda. It is popularly known as Harad in Hindi, Chebulic Myrobalan in English. 

It is the one of the 3 herbs of famous Ayurvedic herbal combination - Triphala. It's dried fruit is used in Ayurveda for detox as well as rejuvenation.

Shodhan

This is the herbal product primarily meant for detoxifcation of body. The primary herb here is Haritaki extract along with other supporting herbs. It does have a gentle colon cleanse effect as well.

Arudha Tripahala

This is the combination of 480 mg of Triphala extract (Haritaki, Amalaki and Vibhitaki), plus 480 mg of Triphala powder. One tablet provides you approximately 5 gm equivalent of Triphala powder.
